Do you love pizza as much as I do? I love a good pizza, but making one from scratch is often time consuming and this is my solution whenever I prefer a quick meal. This is not only an easy cheat pizza, but also a great way to use any leftovers! You can top it with whatever you like, but below is some ideas to try out.. give it a try, you will not regret it!
Soft flour tortilla – preferred sauce (tomato & pesto is really good!) – bell peppers – green onions – shredded Parmesan cheese – shredded favorite cheese – a source of protein (ham, chicken, grounded beef, bacon) – a pinch of dried oregano – a pinch of chili flakes – sour cream – rocket
Preheat oven to 350 degrees (150 C). Place the tortillas on a baking sheet, spread the sauce on each tortilla and add seasoning. Top each tortilla with the grated cheese, bell peppers, green onions and your choice of protein. I also like to add an extra layer of cheese on top at the end. Bake until cheese is melted and cool off. I like to top wit rocket and a side of sour cream.. Enjoy!
