Simple, nutritious, yet so delicious!

A breakfast a day keeps the doctor away, or was is coffee..? Or maybe both? I say both! I often tend to make the same breakfast over and over again, so today I tried to make something new.. as a combo-plate, this delicious breakfast was so quick and easy to make, full of nutrition and so flavorful.. why don’t you give it a try?! 🙂

Todays breakfast was a loaded plate of scrambled eggs (blended with scallions, red pepper, ham and seasoning) with a side of lettuce, cucumber and avocado, + a mini bowl of yoghurt topped with homemade granola and raspberries.. If you need some breakfast inspiration, this one is worth trying!
