There’s nothing better than thick, fluffy breakfast pancakes.. I love eating them with real maple syrup and fresh strawberries, but you can load them with anything you want – bacon, raspberries, sugar or jam.. the options are endless! 🥞🍓🥓
2 large eggs – 3 dl skim milk – a pinch of salt – 1 teaspoon white sugar – 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder – 30 grams melted butter – 2,5 dl flour
This recipe is super easy with 2 steps only – combine flour, sugar, salt and baking powder in a bowl and mix well. Beat the eggs, melted butter (remember to cool off before mixing) and milk together. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and whisk, set aside the batter for 10 min before making the pancakes. Make sure to use medium heat when frying the pancakes to avoid burning them (I know this require patience!).
Top of with your favorite fruit or sides, and enjoy! 😀
